At the Copplehouse we want you to enjoy your stay and therefore would like you to read the following terms and conditions when making a reservation:

A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required to secure a booking.

A credit card payment of the remaining balance will incur a 2% charge.

The deadline for cancellation is 72 hours before 6pm on the arrival date, cancellations later than this will be charged the first nights stay.

Any guests failing to arrive will be charged the first nights stay and their reservation cancelled.

Check-in time is 2pm onwards, please notify us if you are arriving any earlier, or later than 9pm.

Rooms to be vacated by 10:30 am on day of departure.

We have a non-smoking policy throughout the guest house, smoking is permitted under a covered porch area at the front of the guesthouse.

Sorry we do not allow pets.
